Solutions to Overheating of Motor FAG Bearings
1. The FAG bearing is damaged. Solution: Replace.
2. Sliding FAG bearing lubricating oil is too little, there are impurities or the oil ring is stuck. Solution: add oil, change new oil, repair or replace oil ring.
3. Rolling FAG imported bearing grease is too little, too much or there are impurities such as iron filings. Solution: The capacity of FAG imported bearing grease should not exceed 70% of the total volume. If there are impurities, replace it.
4. The FAG imported bearing and the end cover are too tight or too loose. Solution: Process FAG imported bearing chamber when it is too tight, and insert a steel sleeve in the end cover when it is too loose.
